Conversely, if the rotational speed is slow, the screw conveyor will carry away less material, and the discharging speed will be slow. The discharge flow rate has a nonlinear proportional relationship with the input current sent to the frequency converter. When the system is in operation, the load cell under the hopper transmits the collected weighing signal to the controller located in the central control room. The controller calculates the flow rate based on the difference between the two weighing signals. The control of the cutting flow rate is achieved through the real-time comparison of the set value and the calculated value of the flow rate.
