The Feeding machine refers to the entire process of loading materials from the bottom of the trough to the top of the tank. This system consists of powder silos, granular powder silos through vibrating screens, and mixed powder silos through Feeders. After being sent to the weighing hopper as specified in the batching list for weighing, the materials are discharged and then conveyed to the ground pit weighing funnel by the corresponding conveyor. Under each warehouse, there is a vibrating screen. The goods are directly sent to the weighing funnel in the pit through the vibrating screen. After being conveyed to the material pit, the pit bucket places the material into the material tank. Once the pit bucket gate is fully closed and the tank top is ready, the material tank starts. The automatic mixer is equipped with a common feeding vacuum pump, which is used for automatic feeding in the material extrusion production line. Its working process is controlled by the central control program in the control room. When the low material level indicator shows a low material level, a request is made to the central control program for material suction. At this time, the electromagnetic disc valve opens. If there is material in the feeding hopper, it will enter the hopper through the electromagnetic disc valve under its own weight. After a period of time (when all the material in the feeding hopper has been discharged), the discharge valve closes. At this point, the high material level gauge shows a state of no material. Under the control of the central program, the feeding vacuum pump turns on, and at the same time, the electromagnetic disc valve opens. The air is directly filtered through the filter element and then enters the vacuum pump and is discharged. The vacuum pump operates no-load. About 30 seconds later, the electromagnetic disc valve opens and the feeding machine starts to suck materials (during the suction process, the pulse solenoid valve operates and regularly performs reverse blowing cleaning). When the material in the feeding hopper is fully filled (indicating a high material level), the electromagnetic ball valve closes. If the low material level gauge still shows no material at this time, the electromagnetic disc valve opens to release the material. The system will repeat the above work until both the high and low material level gauges are in a full material state. Then, the feeding vacuum pump shuts off and the feeding machine stops working.
