When the liquid storage box of the weighing filling machine is at the lowest material level, it controls the output charging generation instruction, and the charging valve opens after receiving the opening instruction to enter the volume feeding period. After a time delay, the charging valve is fully opened, and the feedback signal is sent to the control filling machine, after a set time delay, the air is opened, and the filling person is rapid charging stage. When the material is added to the highest point of the material level, the filling detects the hopper full material signal and outputs the charging valve closing instruction. The charging valve begins to close after receiving the instruction. When the charging valve is fully closed, the butterfly valve closing signal is output. After a period of stable time, it runs to the start point of weight feeding, at which time the volume feeding ends, enters the weight feeding stage, the measurement and control cycle begins, and continues to the given next lowest level, and the charging control command is issued.
