The storage tank liquid level meter adopts the reed float ball liquid level meter. The two normally open reed switches are located in the upper and lower positions of the liquid level meter, and the position of the upper reed switch can be adjusted according to the actual situation. When the tank is emptied, the lower reed switch is closed and the feed valve is opened. When the level of the material entering the tank reaches the required level, the upper reed switch is closed and the feed valve is closed. When the liquid level of the three storage tanks meets the requirements, open the corresponding discharge valve, add the three materials to the reactor in a certain proportion, fully stir the reaction, and then open the pneumatic valve to discharge the product. Product quality is closely related to the temperature in the reaction tank.

It mainly includes three parts: loading and weighing, mixing of high mixing tank, cooling and cooling of cold mixing tank. At this time, under the action of the control PLC signal, the cold mixing motor starts, the cold mixing pump starts the water circulation to cool the material, and the thermocouple detects the temperature signal in the cold mixing tank in real time and converts it into a digital signal, which is transmitted to the PLC when the set temperature is reached, the cold mixing tank discharge port is opened, the material is discharged, and the mixing process is completed.
