The weighing of the reaction vessel outputs different signals (fast feeding, slow feeding, unloading, etc.) to the PLC at different measurement stages, and the PLC directly controls the external equipment. Emergency stop buttons are installed both at the on-site operation site and on the centralized control operation console. The two emergency stop buttons are connected in series and are used for emergency power-off handling in case of emergencies.

The weighing mixer is equipped with a stirring motor, which is controlled by a frequency converter. The operation console enables centralized operation and control. All the instruments are clearly visible, facilitating monitoring and operation. This enhances safety and reliability, reduces the labor intensity of the operator, and eliminates the need for them to run around among various scattered weighing instruments. The distance between the operation console and the control cabinet is short, and the transmission distance of the control signal is short with strong reliability.

The digital screen displays the weight of the materials inside the feeder in real time. The stop time of the cycle mode in the automatic mode is timed and displayed on the digital screen. When in the automatic feeding mode, after the feeder finishes feeding at one time, the conveyor needs to delay to send the material from the conveyor to the mixing bin. When feeding in automatic mode, if the forklift encounters the light grid during loading, the entire line will stop. After loading is completed and the forklift exits, the entire line will continue to operate automatically for feeding. Provide a switch output at the beginning of the batching process and another at the end of the batching process. When the weight of the material inside is lower than a certain level, the entire line will automatically stop feeding and sound an alarm through a warning light. Feeding data should be kept for at least one month. In case of power failure or malfunction, the weight of the fed material should be recorded.
