The weighing control system mainly consists of a weighing Feeder, an electrical control system, and a computer management system. This system adopts a common industrial computer human-machine interaction interface form, with functions such as data acquisition, control, alarm, graphics and data display. It completes the ratioing control of materials and various data management during the production process according to the set requirements. By selecting the preset formula on the industrial control computer, the system is started after the formula is determined. The Batching system automatically controls the operation of each weighing feeder according to the preset formula. Semi-automatic/manual mode: The operator sets the ratio of the formula on the controller and manually starts the controller. The controller controls the frequency converter and the weighing feeder to add materials.

The Weighing system collects data from on-site equipment in digital form and realizes monitoring and control functions through the operation of real-time data. It provides a real-time database to assist in monitoring the production process. The system provides a device screen with real-time updated data display, and a large screen showing the entire operation process, making it easy to observe the entire production process. The displayed data includes operation mode, flow rate, cumulative quantity, set point, deviation, and other similar data. The display screen of the batching system simulates the front operation panel of the batching scale instrument, allowing operators to monitor and set remote instruments in the control room. The data recorder of the system collects data from each device and maintains the running cumulative quantity and event records. These data logs retain current and historical data, operate continuously, and provide immediate query. Statistical options provide chart and alarm functions based on real-time processed data, allowing operators to monitor and adjust the production process.
