The reactor adopts bellless series tank type, which is divided into receiving hopper, material tank, airtight box and other components. In the feeding process, it is first put into the receiving hopper, and then put into the material tank. In this process, because the hopper cannot communicate with the atmosphere, the normal feeding of the hopper is realized by controlling the sequence switch of the reaction reactor discharge valve, pressure equalizing valve, upper tight valve, plunger valve and lower tight valve, and the hopper batching is realized by controlling and controlling. The testing equipment adopts temperature probe and radar probe to match.

All kinds of raw materials are transported by screw to the reactor and sent to the receiving hopper. The receiving hopper can be filled with up to 4 cans of material. After the tank is dispersed, the upper sealing valve and the plunger valve are opened to feed the canned material. When the hopper is ready to receive the next batch of kettle material, it will be batched. First, the lower valve will be opened and the flow control valve will be opened to the set opening. The kettle material in the tank will flow through the flow control valve to the rotating batching chute. During batching, the flow is detected by a weighing module, which signals the emptying of the tank. Once the tank is empty, close the flow control valve and lower seal valve, open the release valve for release, and prepare for the next charge.

In a batch of materials, it is allowed to set two different batching positions, when the probe reaches the specified material line position, it is automatically lifted into place, sending a batching signal, the lower seal valve is opened, and the batching chute is started. Rotate to the set speed and reach the dosing position, open the material flow regulating valve, adjust the opening of the material flow regulating valve and the dip Angle of the chute according to the batch weight and the specified dosing procedure, so that the material flow of each circle is uniform, the weight is equal and the end to end is connected to the throat of the tank. In order to reduce the uneven phenomenon of the head and tail, after each batch of batching, the batching Angle is automatically adjusted by 60°. When the discharge program is issued, the weighing bucket gate is opened and the material is discharged. When the weighing value is 5% of the control value (initially 95% of the set value), the feed empty signal is issued and the gate is closed, and when the gate is closed and empty, the vibrating screen or Feeder starts. When the weighing value reaches the control value (after correction), the vibrating screen or feeder stops for full weighing. If the control value reaches 110% (after correction), the audible and visual alarm signal will be issued. After the vibrating screen or feeder starts for 5s, the bucket "full" signal is not issued, and the card material alarm signal will be issued.
