The operation console is equipped with button switches and other devices to achieve manual control of the above-mentioned parts. Emergency stop buttons are installed both at the on-site operation site and on the centralized control operation console. The two emergency stop buttons are connected in series and are used for emergency power-off handling in case of emergencies.
After the equipment is started, the stirring mechanism begins to operate to prevent the materials in the silo from warping and affecting the continuous conveying of the materials. When the material feeding begins, both the large and small screw feeders work simultaneously. The operation of the large screw feeder can enhance the efficiency of material feeding. When the weight of the material in the pallet reaches a preset weight value (the preset weight value is generally set to about 95% of the final weight value of the material), the sensor sends a signal to the control system, and the control system controls the stepping motor of the large screw feeder to stop working. At this point, only the small screw feeder continues to work to achieve the purpose of precise feeding. The purpose of designing two sets of the same large and small screw feeders in the equipment is to improve the working efficiency of the equipment.
