There is a light conveyor belt installed on the inspection platform of the three-dimensional warehouse inspection weight scale. When the tested item passes the inspection platform, the system determines its weight, detects whether it meets the specified weight requirements, and makes a prompt of qualified, overweight, underweight, or performs the corresponding non-conforming product removal action (according to user needs), and pushes the non-conforming product out of the three-dimensional storage line. The control system has standard weight detection, counting, alarm, sorting and other functions. It can also have the function of classification and sorting (need to be customized). When items of different weight specifications are transferred on a conveyor belt, the sorting scale can still identify their weight.

The inspection weight scale can be used to control the qualification rate of the packaged product, test whether the packaging weight meets the standard, determine whether the number of items placed in the packaging box meets the requirements, automatically determine the weight of small packaged food and grade classification, can also be used to detect the weight error of the packaging bag on the quantitative packaging production line, and can also detect the abnormal state of the pre-processing process on the mechanical processing production line. Thus eliminate unqualified products, or implement the alarm, to achieve the purpose of timely adjustment of equipment, control product quality.
