The Feeding machine is mainly composed of DCS distribution control system, high storage bin, reduction scale, screw conveying mixer and other parts. The function of the whole system is to use the centralized and decentralized control mode composed of weighing terminal and PC operating station to store all kinds of ingredients in each storage bin in advance. Through the formula input function of DCS system, the setting operation data is accurately confirmed. After the reduction scale reaches the set weight target value, the feeding is stopped.
