The positive pressure weighing mixer adopts a dynamic measurement accuracy control mode. The signals from the weighing sensor are tracked and read. When the weight approaches the preset maximum feeding value, the fast feeding signal will be closed, allowing the system to enter the slow feeding process (closing one valve). At the same time, the instrument tracks and reads the signal from the weighing sensor. The instrument will determine whether the weight of the hopper is greater than or equal to the material target value and the material drop value. If it is greater than or equal to, the instrument will turn off the small input signal and stop the feeding process (all valves and feeding motors will be closed), and this measurement is completed.

The weighing mixer is a new material obtained by mixing different types of powdered substances together in different weight ratios. The weighing mixer has three layers of batching hoppers.
