The component monitoring parameters are mainly used to set the parameters of delay monitoring time, monitoring cycle time and stability time, among which the delay monitoring time means that the system automatically monitors whether the discharge quality of the discharger reaches the minimum feed quality set by the fast/slow feed monitoring within this period of time, and if it does not reach the minimum feed quality, the output alarm prompts the lack of material. The stabilization time is used to monitor the actual quality of the ingredients and improve the stability of the system. The liquid addition parameter part is used to set the actual calibrated liquid mass per unit pulse. The system will calculate the added liquid mass according to the number of pulses collected. The setting part of the batching parameters is used to set the parameters of the emptying monitoring period, the monitoring emptying quality, the maximum emptying time, the scale emptying quality and the balance empty delay closing time, etc. The emptying monitoring period refers to the output alarm in the set time if the unloading quality of the scale is less than the set monitoring emptying quality, indicating the unloading failure of the scale. When the scale shows that the mass is less than the set scale empty mass, the system task scale has emptied, and the scale discharge valve is closed after the delay setting time.
