The electric forklift truck is a weighing equipment developed late in the lifting and transportation machinery. There are usually two weighing forms, integral and non-integral, for the connection between the hook and the fork on the forklift truck. Non-integral connection methods of Electronic scales include welding and bolt connection. Electronic scales are easy to manufacture, and easy to install and disassemble because of the welded fork. In order to ensure the measurement accuracy of forklift truck weighing in various environments, linear compensation, zero compensation and temperature compensation, as well as sensing dynamic design are generally added to the strain gauge bridge of forklift truck weighing. At the same time, in order to ensure the accuracy of remote excitation of the sensor, two wires are generally output to the weighing instrument at both ends of the excitation of the strain gauge to calculate the loss compensation of the excitation voltage during long-distance transmission. When adjusting or replacing the digital weighing sensor and the digital weighing instrument, it is directly adjusted in the weighing instrument without adjusting the angle difference through the junction box, which greatly improves the simplicity of regular inspection and maintenance of weighing and the accuracy of commercial measurement.

Impact overload devices are arranged at the front end and upper end of the weighing sensor, so that the front end of the weighing fork of 300kg-500kg is impacted, the left and right sides of the full-load range are loaded, and the inertia force of 300-3000kg is applied from a height of one meter to ensure the accuracy within 1d.
