The dynamic electronic floor scale completes the measurement of animals and displays the data to the operation department. The computer automatically compares the displayed measurement data with the pre-set standard weight value and upper and lower limit values, and distinguishes and sorts genuine products, overweight products and underweight products. The entire process does not disrupt the normal operation of the animal line and requires no manual intervention.
020-34563445The dynamic Electronic scale is mainly composed of an animal introduction platform, a barcode reading device, an animal dynamic weighing device, photoelectric switches, an air actuated solenoid valve rejection device, an audio-visual alarm device, a rejection storage platform, a tablet computer, etc. The animals to be tested are sent into the dynamic weighing device through the introduction platform for weight detection. When the detection result shows overweight or weight deficiency, the system software automatically triggers an electrical signal through the serial port of the tablet computer, causing the intermediate relay to close, thereby activating the air actuated solenoid valve and the audio-visual alarm device. The animals are introduced into the electronic scale platform in an orderly and evenly spaced manner through the fence, and when passing the photoelectric sensor located at the front of the electronic scale platform, the weight measurement begins. During the process of the animals passing through the electronic scale platform, the weighing module completes the weighing operation on the animals and displays the data on the operation panel. The computer automatically compares the displayed weighing data with the preset standard weight values, upper and lower limit values, and makes judgments on whether it is a normal weight, overweight, or underweight, and sorts them. The entire process does not interrupt the normal operation of the animal line and does not require manual intervention. When the animals pass from the fence to the scale platform, the weight on the scale platform reaches the weight trigger point. After the set invalid AD count, the weighing instrument performs digital filtering on the collected valid AD count, and when the valid AD count reaches the set value, it averages and calculates the weight of the tested object. The instrument compares this weight with the preset standard value to determine which zone the tested object belongs to and whether it should be rejected. When the tested object leaves the scale platform, the automatic zero-point tracking begins until the next object enters the scale platform.
The distance between the electronic scale and the computer room is more than 200 meters, and the distance between each scale is approximately 50 meters. Signal transmission over long distances is achieved through shielded cables and relay compensation. The weighing instrument is installed close to the computer room, and a network is formed using an Ethernet (Ethernet) communication interface and a DLink network router. The video monitoring system is also networked with the Weighing system, and the weighing system issues commands to capture images of the weighed items. An expansion card for digital quantities is added to the industrial control computer to achieve audio-visual alarm prompts. The "one machine multiple scales" mode is adopted, which means using one computer to control multiple electronic scales and some peripheral devices to form a weighing system. Among them, the signal of the weighing module of the electronic scale is connected to the weighing instrument through a shielded cable, and then networked through the 485 interface of the instrument to the computer. Specific computer software is used to implement data acquisition, automatic data taking, storage, analysis and statistics, and electronic reports. The monitoring equipment is used for image monitoring during the weighing process. When there is a weighed item, the computer issues an instruction to capture real-time images, which enter the video monitoring system and can be used as a basis for distinguishing the weighed items. The audio-visual alarm is generated by indicator lights, used to alert the crane workers on site. Once the audio-visual alarm is issued, it indicates that the computer has automatically obtained the weighing data and completed the current data taking task.
The weighing system is designed with software, including animal axle weight, scale platform weight, sensor equivalent spring and equivalent damping, and the elastic body of the weighing module's displacement in the vertical direction, which is proportional to the output voltage of the weighing sensor. The weighing system is simplified to two degrees of freedom, namely the equivalent spring and equivalent damping of the animal weighing process, and the displacement in the vertical direction of the weighing module. Its main function is to amplify, filter, and convert the electrical signal, and then process the data by the weighing instrument. Since the sensor output signal is a relatively weak voltage signal, it undergoes amplification and low-pass filtering processing. A high-precision data amplifier is selected to amplify the weak voltage signal output by the sensor. This signal is converted into a binary number that the weighing instrument can handle through an AD converter. The animal axle weight signal detected by the sensor, after amplification, filtering and AD conversion, needs to be further processed by the weighing instrument to calculate the total weight of the measured animal and send it to the display and printing device. In the dynamic weighing system, the axle weight signal processed by the weighing instrument will be displayed on the LED display. Then, through the control circuit, the mechanical action of the printing head is controlled to perform printing.
