It adopts a structure of hanging the barrel mouth to convey the barrels, integrating cleaning, filling and cap screwing. It is more convenient to replace the barrel type. It is manufactured using a PLC programmable controller and has a two-stage automatic filling method. Users can freely choose between net weight and gross weight filling methods, and can freely set the filling target volume. The Filling machine can meet the requirements of information transmission, processing, storage, display, recording and control. According to the process requirements, it is programmed and controlled. The Filling system and PLC program control the weight and flow of the materials loaded into the weighing barrel, thus achieving precise measurement and batching. The weighing filling machine consists of a frame, liquid inlet pipe, filling valve, anti-collision and overload protection tray, fixed plate, electronic scale, electrical control box, manual valve, pneumatic angle valve, breathable valve and pipe joint seat, and the inlet and division barrel device. The feeding device places the materials in the preparation bin, and under the action of gravity, the materials pass through the feeding plate and enter the filling bin. The feeding plate controls the flow of materials entering the filling bin. The filling machine directly inputs the filling liquid from the outdoor large tank into the filling valve for filling, performing coarse and fine feeding of the materials, and when the door of the bin is fully opened, it enters the coarse feeding and fine feeding state. When the door is opened halfway, coarse feeding stops, and fine feeding and filling of the materials are carried out. When the weight of the electronic scale reaches the given target weight, the filling material door is completely closed, and fine feeding stops. The filling material is completed. The materials fall into the electronic scale from the air, and when the weight of the electronic scale is stable, the weighing is completed.

During filling, the weighing filling machine sets the weight value of the electronic scale barrel to zero, returns to the starting point, then the feeding door opens, and at the same time, coarse feeding and fine feeding are carried out. The weight value of the electronic scale barrel continuously increases, and the dynamic value is transmitted to the PLC processing module by the weighing sensor. The input point enters the PLC, and the set value is compared with the transmitted value. When the coarse feeding reaches the set value, the PLC outputs an instruction to stop coarse feeding. When the drop value of the material reaches the given value, the PLC outputs a stop fine feeding instruction. When the weight in the electronic scale reaches the set target value, the PLC outputs an instruction, and the cylinder electromagnetic valve drives the cylinder to close the feeding door. Then, when the weight of the electronic scale barrel is stable and close to zero, the PLC completes one filling program.
