The weighing bucket line adopts submersible filling to prevent foaming of the material. The parts in contact with the material are made of 316L stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant. The dual-speed filling starts fast and then slows down, which ensures both speed and accuracy. When filling is completed, the caps should be screwed on and sealed, followed by labeling and coding. The bucket-separating device at the front end of the labeling machine. This is a fully automatic single-sided labeling machine, featuring high labeling accuracy, neat labeling without wrinkles, firm labeling and no peeling. This is the operation status of the entire fully automatic liquid filling production line.

The weighing and filling line adopts the FX3U series programmable controller from Mitsubishi Corporation. To ensure the accurate and reliable operation of each part of the filling process, the weighing and Filling machine controls each sensor, relay, switch and solenoid valve through the PLC program. After the filling bucket is placed on the conveyor belt, it is conveyed to the filling position by the conveyor. The proximity switch arranged at the filling position automatically senses and transmits the sensing signal to the PLC control system. The PLC controls the conveying motor to stop rotating and simultaneously controls the lifting cylinder to drive the roller arm to rise, moving the filling bucket to the filling gun position of the filling machine. The photoelectric sensor at the filling gun port automatically senses the position of the filling bucket, and at the same time, the cap suction device starts to suck away the cap. Then the filling gun starts to fill the liquid into the filling bucket, and the weighing module transmits the weight signal of the liquid in the bucket to the PLC control system. When the preset weight is reached, the PLC controls the filling gun to stop filling, the cap suction device automatically seals the cap, and the conveying motor starts to transport the filling bucket away.
