The fully automatic liquid Filling machine adopts an intelligent multi-functional panel. The human-machine operation interface is simple, applicable and easy to modify, achieving a complete human-machine dialogue state. The Filling system can be quickly communicating and set through the RS-422/485 interface. Its hardware configuration and external wiring part include one module that can expand analog input and output. It is equipped with a programmable controller switch input and switch output with network communication function. The filling machine can be designed to start and stop by using the basic control unit built into the PLC.

The software of the filling system adopts a modular design, including the main control module, display module, working time limit and password setting module, and motor speed calculation module, etc. Through software Settings, the functions of the keys vary on different display interfaces. The control system clock function is accomplished through the DS12C887 chip. This chip features a perpetual calendar, allowing for the setting of the system's operating time. Additionally, the system can be set with a password. Once the operating time is reached, enter the password and the system will resume normal operation.
