When the alarm value is reached, the system will interlock the opening of the chlorine gas evacuation valve and the closing of the liquid chlorine filling valve, and remotely start the accident caustic liquid spray system to spray caustic liquid. The liquid chlorine cylinder scale is connected to the existing interface of the enterprise for on-site connection. It is equipped with a system consisting of automatic switching valves for liquid and gas filling, sensors, secondary instruments, logic controllers, actuators, alarm devices, industrial data communication networks, etc. for detection, collection, and automatic treatment of accident chlorine leakage. It is equipped with safety interlock equipment to take corresponding measures when danger occurs; it realizes automatic protection, audible and visual alarms, display of monitoring information, printing, control, data transmission, and storage of safety data or status records. Therefore, the automatic Filling system for liquid chlorine cylinders not only has the functions of automatic filling and automatic measurement but also has emergency response functions such as detection, alarm, absorption, and disposal of accident chlorine leakage. The liquid chlorine filling system is divided into manual filling, semi-automatic filling, and fully automatic filling systems. During manual filling, the steel cylinder valve is manually opened, the chlorine gas evacuation valve is opened, the skin weight of the cylinder is recorded, and a leak test is conducted to confirm there is no abnormality. After the pressure in the cylinder and residual chlorine are removed, the evacuation valve is closed, the liquid chlorine filling valve is opened, and automatic filling is carried out. When the filling reaches the specified quantity, the liquid chlorine filling valve and the cylinder valve are closed, the chlorine gas evacuation valve is opened, and the residual chlorine in the connecting copper pipe is evacuated. Check the negative pressure condition of the evacuation pipeline. If it is negative pressure, remove the connecting copper pipe and re-weigh for filling. 

The semi-automatic filling system: On the display screen, click the semi-automatic filling button to start the filling process. When manually opening the cylinder valve during the filling, open the chlorine gas evacuation valve on the filling display screen to evacuate the pressure and residual chlorine in the cylinder. Once the preset evacuation time is reached, the evacuation valve will automatically close. Then, open the liquid chlorine filling valve on the filling display screen to carry out the automatic filling. When the filling reaches the specified quantity, first manually close the liquid chlorine filling valve and the cylinder valve. On the filling display screen, manually open the chlorine gas evacuation valve to evacuate the residual chlorine in the connecting copper pipe. Check the negative pressure of the evacuation pipeline. If it is negative pressure, remove the connecting copper pipe and perform weighing and re-weighing. For the automatic filling of liquid chlorine cylinders, click the automatic filling button on the display screen. Place the cylinders with electronic tags from our factory on the Electronic scale and connect the filling pipes. Turn on the scanner, select the re-weighing of the filled cylinders (cylinders with tags from our factory), input the two-digit scale number and the filling number, scan the electronic tag of the cylinder on the filling scale to verify correctness, and then automatically open the valve for filling. During on-site filling, the system will flash a green light for alarm. It can achieve effective switching between variable frequency and industrial frequency use, ensuring a constant output pressure and keeping the pressure of liquid nitrogen filling always stable at 1.0 MPa. At this time, the motor operates at a frequency of 40 Hz. By controlling the liquid-gas output pressure of the pump, the filling speed of liquid chlorine can be stabilized. The flow regulation is achieved, with a maximum output of 10 m'/h. This can achieve energy-saving operation. During normal packaging, the operating current is 30 A. A soft-start with variable frequency is adopted, which also reduces the impact of the starting current on the power grid and reduces equipment wear. Correspondingly, the service life of the equipment is improved. The application of variable frequency speed control technology enables the motor to save 25% or more of energy. The switching between variable frequency and industrial frequency operation methods is adopted. When filling 80%, a yellow flashing pre-alarm will start. When it reaches 90%, a red flashing alarm will occur. When the target value is reached, the pneumatic valve will automatically open, and the filling pipe will be automatically evacuated by the automatic evacuation system to remove the residual liquid chlorine inside the filling pipe. Then, disconnect the filling pipe and remove the cylinder. Fill the next cylinder. 

For the automatic filling of the tanker, click the automatic filling button on the display screen. Correctly connect the liquid pipe and gas pipe of the loading arm and the pressure tank truck. First, install the gas pipe, turn on the gas valve and emergency cut-off valve on the loading arm and the pressure tank truck. Then install the liquid pipe and open the emergency cut-off valve on the pressure tank truck. Open the evacuation valve and evacuate the tank truck. After evacuation, close the evacuation valve and turn on the filling valve for filling. When the filling volume meets the requirements, sequentially close the evacuation valve on the loading arm and the liquid filling valve on the pressure tank truck, and open the evacuation valve on the loading arm for evacuation. After the evacuation is completed, remove the liquid pipe and gas pipe. The filling process is completed. The automatic filling system of the tanker can be remotely controlled after the connection of the pipelines. 

The automatic shut-off of the liquid chlorine storage tank is achieved through the fixed pressure vessel for storing liquid chlorine. The monitoring and control part is controlled by a computer, and the control part is equipped with an UPS power supply and is realized through programmed software to transmit equipment signals. Each storage tank's liquid level, pressure, temperature, status of the liquid chlorine pump, stoppage, toxic and harmful gas probes, etc., display the equipment data remotely and are transmitted for display. This forms a causal condition with the production filling system process, achieving logical interlock control. The inlet and outlet of the liquid chlorine storage tank not only have DCS emergency shut-off valves and level interlocks to automatically cut off when the interlock value is reached, but also have a safety instrument system (SIS). There are radar level meters and radio frequency conductivity level meters that are linked with the SIS system. When any liquid level display value exceeds 80%, it will automatically cut off urgently. The setting of this system ensures that when the liquid chlorine storage tank leaks, it can be disconnected from other systems in time to ensure system safety.
