The weighing sensors are fixed to the frame, the weighing scale fixing frame is fixed to the weighing sensors, the stainless steel weighing scale is fixed to the weighing scale bracket, and the filling container is placed on the weighing scale. The upper outer side of the frame is equipped with guide rail, slider, diving cylinder, and filling valve. The guide rail is fixed to the frame by bolts, and the slider is connected to the guide rail by sliding. A set of diving cylinders are respectively set at both ends of the slider. The filling valve is connected to the rotary pump through a pipeline. The inlet of the filling valve is connected to the outlet of the rotary pump through a pipeline, and the inlet interface of the rotary pump is connected to the material cylinder. The connecting plate is equipped with circular through holes and elongated holes. The filling valve is fixed to the connecting plate through the circular through holes, and the other end of the connecting plate is fixed to the piston end of the submersible cylinder through the elongated holes by bolts. The waterproof weighing scale is connected to the electronic weighing scale fixing frame, and the filling weighing scale fixing frame is connected to the weighing sensor through bolts. The weighing sensor is fixed to the frame through bolts, and the double-layer weighing scale fixing frame and weighing sensor are both set below the alloy steel weighing scale. Each group is equipped with a weighing sensor, which improves the accuracy of weighing. The bottom of the two explosion-proof weighing scales also has a recycling interface for recycling the liquid that falls on the scales during filling. The servo motor is connected to the rotary pump through a connecting sleeve, and the rotary pump is connected to the inlet interface through a quick release card.
