The liquid weighing and Filling machine is a system that combines Weighing modules, weighing instruments and Filling systems to achieve the weighing and portioning of filling barrels, and then controls it. It can be directly connected to the PLC system and terminal control system to achieve multi-process control and automatic control. The weak weight signal output by the weighing module is digitally processed to obtain high-precision weighing data. Rich digital filtering technologies and anti-interference systems are set up in the software.

The automatic filling machine is based on programmable intelligent modules, industrial control computers and RS485 fieldbus to achieve signal collection, processing, control and output, forming a Weighing system with high cost performance. The communication between the on-site monitoring computer and the management computer was realized by using a local area network. The software is developed using VC++ in a modular way. The A/D conversion adopts the IOM4017 module, the D/O conversion adopts the IOM4050 module, and the door opening filling valve is controlled by an IOM4050. Communication with the control host can be achieved through the RS485 network. Multiple modules can be conveniently used to form an RS485 distributed control system network. Each network can be connected in series with up to 255 modules. The network can be connected to the control computer through RS232/RS485 conversion.
