The software platform has developed a filling control management system through SOL+WINCC software. The Filling system utilizes an industrial control computer to achieve monitoring and control functions, and through programming software, it realizes process and equipment control signals such as toxic and harmful gas probe signals, liquid level, pressure, mixing degree, and current signals. The status of pumps and other facilities, start-stop and other equipment data form causal conditions with the filling system process, achieving logical interlock control. Moreover, the entire control system is equipped with four UPS power supply devices to ensure stable and reliable system operation.
The filling machine adopts an intelligent design. The entire filling system is classified into three sub-filling lines, one set of PLC system and related software and hardware systems. Each production line is equipped with a touch screen device, thereby achieving unit control of each control link and realizing the function of separately displaying the on-site working status and timely tracking the working status. The weighing and measurement section in on-site use is managed by two sets of bus communication functions and an independent PLC system.
