According to the filling ratio of the liquid, the weight of various liquids is generated and transmitted to the PLC through communication. During the filling process, dynamic real-time monitoring is carried out. Information such as the weight of each liquid sent by each slave machine, the cumulative discharge volume, and the set value of each liquid weight is collected at regular intervals and displayed on the CRT±. Relevant database files are formed, and various management documents and reports are printed out when needed.
The Filling system communicates with the upper computer in real time, thus ensuring the consistency of the data displayed on the interface with the actual data on site. The operation commands and set parameters issued by the operator on the upper computer can be sent to the PLC for execution in real time. The main tasks of the PLC include: receiving commands and data sent by the upper computer, controlling the start and stop of the motor and its speed through the frequency converter, detecting and controlling other switch quantities in the system, collecting the weight signals of each material in real time and comparing them with the given signals to determine the next control plan, and simultaneously transmitting the weight signals to the upper computer.
