The filling machine completes the input of control information, data management, display of data, storage, statistics and report functions. The filling equipment, according to the instructions of the operator, reads a certain numbered formula, then, based on the filling ratio and sequence in the formula, sends a start filling instruction to the PLC, enabling the PLC to start the specific frequency converter. During the filling process, the PLC reads the status and weight of the Electronic scale in a polling manner in real time, the operation status of PLC and its subordinate equipment, and also reads the weighing data of the weighing instrument installed on the filling machine in real time. According to the filling strategy, when the weighing approaches the set value during the filling process, the host sends a stop instruction for this filling process to the PLC. When all materials on the filling machine are completed, the entire filling process is paused and waits for the instructions of the operator.

The filling is set using a touch screen. The PLC communicates bidirectionally with the electronic scale, and communicates with the PLC via a serial port. The PLC reflects the operation status of feeding, filling, and material delivery and related equipment in a dynamic graphic form according to the actual process of the filling process. During operation, if an over-limit fault occurs, a Chinese character alarm prompt will appear, and the alarm device (sound and light) will be activated. Based on the operation data, a control status analysis can be made, and the PLC can issue instructions for filling or material feeding based on the operation data.
