The automatic dishwashing liquid Filling machine is completed by its individual filling heads. Each filling head is equipped with its own metering device to ensure the accuracy of filling quality. There are multiple filling points on the entire filling line, which can respectively complete the filling (production only involves one product) of various different products (materials). At each filling point, the filling machine is equipped with multiple filling heads, which can independently complete the filling and metering of multiple buckets simultaneously. During operation, empty buckets are placed on the conveyor belt and transported to the filling position. The relevant mechanism locates and locks them, and after the detection device detects that all the empty buckets are in place, the filling head automatically descends and inserts into the bucket opening. The filling control valve and the filling valve are opened simultaneously, and the material is filled through the filling gun, the filling control valve (fully open), and the filling valve. At the same time, the weighing module starts to measure. When the filling reaches the set value (a certain percentage of the filling volume), the filling control valve receives a signal, the opening becomes smaller, the flow rate of the filling control valve decreases accordingly, until the accurate filling volume is completed. Then the filling head is lifted, the locking and positioning device is opened, and the filling is completed. After the cap-laying is completed, the products are sent to the designated position by the conveyor belt, and the bucket is pushed into the labeling station one by one by the pneumatic push rod to complete the labeling process. Finally, the bucket is placed on the tray on the roller conveyor by hand for stacking. After the stacking is completed, along with the tray, it is sent to the wrapping machine to complete the wrapping packaging. 

The weighing filling machine has the characteristics of simple structure, high reliability, and precise measurement. The filling head is the key component. The diameter of the filling valve corresponding to different bucket types is different. After filling, to prevent the remaining material on the surface of the filling head from causing pollution to the surface of the packaging container and the environmental conditions of the packaging site, it is required that there be no dripping or leakage. The filling head has a special design in structure, with a smooth conical surface on the head surface, which is convenient for the residual liquid to concentrate at the top of the cone after filling and then be sucked into the residual liquid collector through the small hole at the top of the cone, ensuring no dripping or leakage after filling. The filled material is of food grade. To prevent the material from being contaminated, all the actions of the filling head are controlled by pneumatic control, and the materials and sealing parts are selected according to food grade. 

During the filling operation of the automatic filling machine, the filling head must accurately complete the actions of rising, descending, opening, and closing. The rising and descending are controlled by the main air cylinder; the opening and closing are controlled by the flow meter signal. During filling, the main air cylinder of the filling machine descends, the filling valve is inserted into the bucket opening, the small air cylinder on the filling valve is pushed out and opens the valve, the material is injected into the bucket through the flow meter, the filling valve, and at the same time, the real-time signal (counting) emitted by the flow meter is collected. When the bucket is full, the flow meter before and after the filling machine is closed, the small air cylinder on the filling head retracts to close the filling valve, the residual liquid collection begins to work, the residual liquid on the head of the filling valve is sucked by vacuum to the residual liquid collector, while the main air cylinder of the filling machine rises, the locking and positioning device opens, the bucket is moved out by the conveyor belt, and the filling is completed.
