

The weight detection and selection of the automatic detection machine are completed by the weighing sensor, AD module, PLC and conveying mechanism. PLC reads the real-time weight of the product from the AD module, and calculates the weight of the product under test by analyzing and calculating all the weight data during the whole process of the product under test passing through the weighing conveyor belt. At the same time, PLC will judge whether the weight data obtained is within the required weight range. The machine will start the belt reversal action to remove the weight of the unqualified product.

The sorting scale will give release to the items with qualified inspection, and for the products with unqualified weight, it will either take the way of alarm or be pushed out of the conveyor belt by the sorting mechanism, through analyzing and calculating all the weight data of the products under test in the whole process of passing through the weighing conveyor belt, the weight of the products under test will be calculated, and at the same time, the PLC will judge whether the weight data obtained is in the range of the required weight or not, if not in the required weight range, the machine will start the belt reversal action to reject the products with unqualified weight. If it is not within the required weight range, the machine will start the reversing action of the belt to reject the products with unqualified weight.
There is a light conveyor belt installed on the inspection table of the checkweigher, when the measured item passes through the inspection table, the system determines its weight, detects whether it meets the specified weight requirements, and makes qualified, overweight, underweight prompts, or executes the corresponding non-conforming products rejecting action, and pushes the non-conforming products out of the production line. The control system of automatic checkweigher has the functions of standard weight detection, counting, alarm and sorting. The checkweigher can also have the function of grading and sorting. When a conveyor belt transmits items of different weight specifications, the sorting scale is still able to identify their weight. It can be used to control the qualified rate of finished products, detect whether the weight of packaging meets the standard, determine whether the number of items placed in the box meets the requirements, automatically determine the weight of small packaged food and grade classification, can also be used to detect the weight error of the bags on the quantitative packaging production line, but also to detect the abnormal state of the machining production line of the previous processing process, so as to eliminate non-conforming products, or the implementation of the alarm, to achieve timely adjustment of equipment control.
