The controller used in the continuous Batching system is the Siemens S7-200 programmable controller. It is a redundant system composed of two CPUs, and the programming software STEP7MicroWinV4.0SP6 provided by Siemens is used to write programs, debug programs, and download programs, etc. The PC is connected to the PLC experiment machine through a PC/PPI cable for communication, and the corresponding parameters are set. The PC is connected to the PLC via an RS-485 bus. It consists of a heating device, a weighing module, a digital temperature sensor, a data acquisition card, and a PC. The digital temperature sensor converts the measured liquid temperature into a digital quantity and transmits it to the PC through the data acquisition card. The weighing control system converts the real-time volume of the mixed liquid into a digital quantity and transmits it to the PC through the data acquisition card. The monitoring system based on LabVIEW software displays the real-time process of liquid mixing.

The heating device changes the temperature of the liquid to apply different temperature signals to the digital temperature sensor. The data acquisition card collects the temperature signals on the PC. The LabVIEW software analyzes and processes the collected data, and the final measurement results are displayed on the batching system interface. The Weighing system of the reaction vessel monitors the liquid mixing process and collects the measurement data through the data acquisition card on the PC. It is displayed on the weighing system interface as a curve of the mixing container and a product container.

The feeding system includes functions such as data acquisition, storage, processing and analysis, display, and historical data. The front panel is a graphical user interface, which provides three modules such as liquid mixing, temperature collection, and system operation. The liquid mixing module contains the mixing container curve and the product container curve, which respectively display the mixing situation of the two liquids and the weight of the product. The liquid mixing container has a digital display. The temperature collection module can set the liquid heating temperature and display the collected temperature data on the mixing temperature curve in real time. In the system operation module, the liquid mixing and temperature collection can be stopped, automatically or manually operated, and help information for operating this monitoring system is provided, etc.
