The structure of the online weighing device is independent of the entire transmission mechanism, ensuring a weighing environment. Combined with the load cell, high-precision weighing has been achieved. The oscillation capping device uses a cylindrical CAM mechanism to achieve the tracking function of the filling machine and employs dynamic sealing technology to complete the capping process.
The weighing and quantitative filling machine is a single-head filling machine, which is required to achieve a filling speed of one bucket every three minutes, and its filling volume error is ≤±1%. During the process of filling the liquid medicine with the filling machine, two online weighing devices are used to weigh the same medicine bucket, which is empty and filled with liquid medicine respectively. Each online weighing device is designed with a chuck for taking out and putting back the medicine bucket from the main conveyor belt. There must be sufficient space beside the medicine bucket to be weighed on the main conveyor belt for the chuck to enter and exit to avoid tripping the adjacent medicine bucket.
