At the same time, the electronic scale completes the weighing of the empty bucket and resets the weight to zero, thus completing the "zeroing" process. After zeroing, the filling valve immediately starts filling. At the beginning of the filling process, the fast filling valve is opened, and a large flow rate is used for rapid filling. As the filling weight increases, the stepper motor drives the electronic scale platform to descend synchronously, maintaining a distance of 15-17 cm between the ink surface inside the bucket and the valve opening. When the filling weight reaches the set switching value (generally 90% of the set weight), the fast filling valve will close. At this time, only the slow filling valve continues to fill. When the filling weight reaches the set target value minus the "skid error" value, the filling valve is closed, and the system waits for the spilled ink to fall into the bucket. After the weighing platform stabilizes, the system reads and records the data, and the weighing platform drops to its original position, completing one filling process.
