The feeding Electronic scale comprises a Feeding machine, and on the feeding machine, there is a weighing sensor. The weighing sensor includes a housing and a weighing module. Inside the housing, there is a gravity transmission mechanism. The gravity transmission mechanism includes a gravity transmission rod, and the gravity transmission rod is provided with a first deformation driving block and a second deformation driving block. One end of the first deformation driving block and the second deformation driving block is provided with a weighing sensor. The weighing sensor includes a weighing module, and the weighing module is provided with an upper pressure block and a lower pressure block. The gravity transmission rod is provided with a pressure guiding block corresponding to the adjacent end of the weighing module. The center area of the weighing module is provided with symmetrical tension arms, and between the tension arms is provided with a vibration string. On both sides of the vibration string, symmetrical magnetic pole blocks are arranged, and the vibration string is connected to the input end of the microprocessor inside the housing. 

The feeding scale adopts automatic control, enabling automatic control and supervision of processes such as raw material feeding, weighing and metering, vacuum feeding, dispersion and stirring. The dispersion time and cylinder number can be selected and adjusted on the computer according to production requirements. The weighing Feeder operates by means of a horizontal sealed filter hopper under the action of gravity. The loose material directly acts on the rotor (rotor blades) for feeding. The rotor selects the loose material from the storage bin and transports it through gravity, is directly measured, and is sent into the wind conveying pipeline by the wind force of the fan. The center of gravity passes through the flexible nodes between the axis, the selected material, the wind pipeline and the rotor. Any reaction caused by pressure fluctuations can be fully compensated. The result of the metering feeding is not affected by any material clumps that may occur at any time. The parameters of the local loads at each location can be measured by the measuring device at the measurement section before the material is discharged. The angular velocity required for discharging needs to be calculated in advance to adapt to the given value and the material weight stored in the storage device.
