The automatic filling machine is mainly composed of a DC variable frequency motor, a centrifugal pump, a weighing instrument with a touch screen control box, filling machinery, a cylinder filling gun, a filter, a pneumatic ball valve, etc.
The control system is mainly composed of PLC, metering system, weighing instrument and touch screen, etc. The liquid output is calculated through the weighing module. The data from the sensor is introduced into the control system, which then controls the motor operation, enabling real-time monitoring of the liquid output. The Filling system mainly accomplishes the collection of data from the weighing module, displays the data on the touch screen, accepts data input from the potentiometer, and controls the stable operation of the system through the control relay and solenoid valve, including the main program, sensor data acquisition subroutine, timer interrupt service program and liquid crystal display subroutine, etc.
After the controller enters the program control, it first detects the mode key to determine which working mode the system is in. The set values for filling are collected through AD. Then, turn on the relay. The motor operation collects the number of pulses from the sensor and displays them in real time on the LCD. When the filling volume corresponding to the pulse number reaches the set value, the relay is turned off to cut off the motor drive circuit. In the quantitative filling control, the contact switch of the solenoid valve of the filling gun in the circuit remains in a normally closed state, and the weighing module displays the current filling volume.
