It mainly consists of hydraulic cylinders, liquid storage tanks, filling valves and filling nozzles. The compact combination of cylinder, tank and valve not only has low suction and discharge resistance and smooth flow, but also ingeniously and conveniently realizes no filling when there is no bottle. The rotating worktable is mainly composed of a support, a hollow main shaft, bearings, a bottle lifting mechanism rotating disc, and a height adjustment mechanism composed of a pair of bevel gears and a nut screw. The worktable is supported on the base of the machine body at the bottom and connected to the Filling system at the top. The main working execution mechanism of the Liquid filling machine is through the rotating worktable and the filling hydraulic cylinder on it, the bottle entry and exit star-shaped transfer wheel device, and the component supply with variable pitch screw device. When the rotating worktable rotates, the roller on the piston of the filling hydraulic cylinder moves on the inclined circular track (i.e., the cam) on the frame, achieving the suction stroke and pressure filling stroke during filling. When the circular guide rail is adjusted to a certain inclination angle, the stroke of the up and down reciprocating movement of the hydraulic cylinder piston is also determined, that is, the filling is at a fixed quantity. Adjusting the inclination angle of the guide rail, that is, adjusting the stroke of the hydraulic cylinder piston, also changes the filling volume.

By calculating the liquid volume through the electronic scale, introducing the data of the sensor into the control system to control the motor operation, real-time monitoring of the liquid output volume can be achieved. The filling system mainly completes the collection of the data from the electronic scale, displays the data on the touch screen, accepts the input of potentiometer data, and controls the stable operation of the system through control relays and pneumatic valves, including the main program, sensor data collection sub-program, timer interrupt service program, and LCD display sub-program, etc. After the weighing instrument enters the program control, it first detects the mode button to determine the working mode of the system, acquires the set value of filling through AD, and then opens the relay. The motor operates to collect the pulse number from the sensor and displays it in real time on the LCD. When the filling volume corresponding to the pulse number reaches the set value, the relay is closed to cut off the motor drive circuit. In the quantitative filling control, the electromagnetic valve contact switch of the filling gun in the circuit remains in the closed state, and the electronic scale displays the current filling volume.

After the nitrogen filling quantity is determined, the nitrogen supply valve is closed, and the weighing instrument automatically removes the empty barrel's skin weight from the scale, then both the fast and slow feeding ball valves are opened simultaneously; first, the material is filled quickly, and the spray gun stays at the lowest position for a period of time before starting to rise below the liquid level for filling, staying at three positions along the center as the liquid level rises, then stopping at the barrel mouth, and then filling slowly; when the filling volume reaches the preset advance volume, the ball valve and bottom valve are closed; the spray gun rises outside the barrel; the vacuum suction device starts to ensure no residual liquid droplets leak. All the sealing parts of the pipeline adopt polytetrafluoroethylene material sealing to meet the no-leakage requirements. After the material filling and filling are completed, the full barrel is manually pushed to the real barrel conveyor belt, and the manual pneumatic cap is tightened; the filled real barrel is pushed to the bucket unloading buffer position; the forklift transports the packaged barrels away. At the end of each shift of filling, a material bucket is placed under the filling head, the manual material feeding valve is closed, and a filling process is performed once, discharging the material, and shutting down the machine to restore the equipment to its initial state. 

The automatic liquid filling machine is an automatic weighing equipment that continuously conveys materials through a rotor pump for automatic weighing. When the rotor pump conveys the materials, the weight load platform on the weighing section acts on the electronic scale. The electronic scale converts the weight into an electrical signal and sends it to the weighing instrument for amplification, filtering, A/D conversion, and transformation into a digital signal. The speed signal of the rotor pump's operation is converted into a pulse signal and sent to the weighing instrument. The weighing instrument then calculates the set weight of the materials and displays it. The electronic scale of the rotor pump uses a standard control cabinet, which contains a PLC frequency converter controller and its corresponding relays and other related control instruments. The height of the rotor pump head and the position of the flatbed vehicle are respectively connected to the control cabinet after being measured and inspected by the electronic scale, and then directly controlled by the PLC controller for frequency conversion of the motor and the solenoid valve of the oil cylinder. By modifying and setting the parameters of the controller, the height and weight of the filling gun can be effectively controlled, thereby achieving the effect of automatic weighing filling.
