The automatic filling gasoline Filling machine is mainly composed of a weighing platform, support columns, ball screw, filling pipelines, filling guns, pot pressure, moving filters, ventilation devices, electrical control boxes, stepper motors, etc. The support columns support the entire filling mechanism, including the ball screw, stepper motor, filling pipelines, etc., forming the frame of the machine. The stepper motor drives the ball screw to lift the filling pipelines and filling guns, and during filling, the material is pressed into the packaging iron drums through the movable filter, filling pipelines and filling guns. Before filling, the spray gun usually lowers to a position closer to the bottom of the barrel, so that the nozzle of the spray gun remains above the average liquid level of the material throughout the filling process, which can effectively ensure that the material can be completely filled into the packaging cylinder and maintain consistent density of the material at different positions within the packaging cylinder. After filling, the spray gun should automatically and slowly rise with the increase in filling weight, and the rising of the spray gun is driven by the stepper system through the ball screw. 

The Liquid filling machine consists of a PLC control system, manual bucket placement, automatic measurement and filling.
