The epoxy resin filling machine utilizes the weighing module to connect with the weighing instrument with data line, and control the instrument to stop the pump and close the pneumatic valve when the preset quantitative weight is reached. The weighing and filling machine is controlled by PLC programmable device, when the container is fed in, the scale motorized drum runs at the same time, the photoelectric switch on the weighing module detects the signal sent by the container passing by, and controls the motor to stop the container and sends out a signal when the container reaches the filling position, and the PLC controls the motorized rollers to stop and tare the container automatically, and the filling valve is driven by the stepping motor to drop down and reach the lower limit, and the well is sent out by the travel switch, and PLC controls the filling valve to be fully opened for filling. The valve is fully opened for filling.
020-34563445The epoxy resin Filling machine is composed of an S7-200PLC, a weighing instrument ICS241 and a filling solenoid valve. The PLC is connected to the weighing instrument via the RS232C communication port. Through communication, it collects and processes weight data and sends a tare signal to make the instrument tare. In the quantitative filling mode, the PLC, as the main controller, receives data from the weighing instrument, processes the data and then sends a series of signals to control the operation of the filling machine, enabling the filling machine to complete quantitative filling. The PLC communicates with the weighing instrument via RS232C, and the communication between the two is protocol-free. The serial communication parameters between the PLC and the weighing instrument need to be set consistently. The weighing instrument continuously sends data outward through the RS232C port. The weighing instrument keeps sending data continuously to ensure that the data in the serial port is synchronized with that of the instrument.
The automatic filling machine achieves the quantity of measurement based on the number of rotations of the screw. To achieve the purpose of adjustable measurement size and improved measurement accuracy, it is required that the screw speed be adjustable and the position be accurately positioned. A stepping motor is adopted to control the screw speed and number of rotations, which not only simplifies the mechanical structure but also makes the control very convenient. Under no-load conditions, the rotational speed and stop position of a stepping motor only depend on the frequency and number of pulse signals, and are not affected by changes in load. The stepper motor and the screw are directly connected, featuring a simple structure and convenient maintenance.
