The current weight, peel weight, actual weight, net weight, output, etc. are displayed on the touch screen. The touch screen can set automatic peeling or manual peeling as well as the weight of each filling liquid. When the system is in automatic mode, the conveyor belt starts running. When a filling bucket passes through the filling part, the conveyor belt stops running. The drive part of the conveyor belt can be controlled by frequency conversion, which can control the speed of the conveyor belt and reach the designated filling area. The electronic scale weighs the filling bucket and automatically peels it, and then fills the bucket (there are two filling methods: fast and slow). When it is about to fill to the preset weight, it uses the slow filling method to prevent liquid overflow. When the preset filling weight is reached, the filling stops. After the filling is completed, the conveyor belt continues to run and transports the filled liquid to the next process. The touch screen counts each filling and can monitor the output.

The double piston weighing filling machine is composed of a large piston filling gun, a small piston filling gun, a filling mechanism, an electronic scale, a conveyor frame, and a storage bin, etc. After the equipment is started, the conveying mechanism starts running. The filling gun is composed of a rotor pump motor, a reducer, and an axis with an piston cylinder. The piston axis extends up and down, causing the material to have relative motion along the piston surface. The material is pushed axially by the friction force of the material trough or the wall of the conveying pipe, achieving material transportation. When the material is poured, the large and small piston filling guns work simultaneously. The operation of the large piston filling gun can improve the efficiency of material pouring. When the weight of the material reaches a preset value (the preset value is generally set to about 95% of the final weight of the material), the electronic scale sends a signal to the control system, and when the target quantity is reached, the control system stops the step motor of the small piston filling gun, and the material flows freely, the small piston filling gun continues to operate to achieve the purpose of precise feeding.

The external automatic control system signal is used to adjust the motor speed, achieving a wide range of stepless speed regulation. The entire weighing process is detected and output by the scale frame and the electronic scale for digital signal output. The signal amplifier amplifies it and sends it in the form of current to the weighing instrument. The weighing instrument performs calculation processing to obtain the current material multi-end flow rate and compares it with the current flow rate value to send a PID control signal to control the feeding equipment to reach the required flow rate. A local area network is used to realize communication between the on-site computer and the filling equipment, and through the RS485 network, it can communicate with the control host. Using multiple modules can conveniently form a distributed control network of RS485.
