The weighing variable-frequency Batching system is an integrated mechanical and electrical system that combines automatic control technology, measurement technology, weighing technology and computer management technology. It has the advantages of digital display of weight values, dynamic display of process pictures, modification and management of formulas, fast batching speed, and high control accuracy. It adopts a complete screen system of the upper computer, featuring automatic storage of batching data, query of batching process lists, statistics and printing of shift, daily, monthly and annual reports. 

The automatic batching machine is composed of a weighing module, weighing instrument and communication cables. It adopts the combination of PID regulation to adjust the measurement deviation and variable frequency speed control, including the hardware settings, parameter settings and software design process in the variable frequency control. The multiple output lines of each batching conveying production line are strictly coordinated and controlled, and the material level weight is monitored and adjusted accurately and promptly. Through the bus connection, the on-site weighing instruments, controlling on-site equipment, weighing Feeding machine frequency converters, etc. are linked. It has a high degree of intelligence and fast processing speed. In the batching production process, the main material and auxiliary material are combined in a certain ratio to complete the measurement of the conveyed materials. The feeding system mainly adopts the SIMATICS7-/300 series PLC. In the system, S7-/300 and the upper computer are used to implement two-level control of the main and auxiliary feeding machines. Each screw is composed of one drive motor, two level sensors, one speed sensor, one weighing sensor and one frequency converter. The switch controls the operation status of the motor. The input of the frequency converter control terminal is determined by the digital input of the PLC. The frequency converter generates high-frequency pulses and transmits them to the screw drive motor. The level sensor starts to detect whether there is material in the hopper, and the speed of the motor is monitored by the speed sensor.
