The paste bucket is connected to the entrance end of the paste storage box, and a diaphragm pump is set between the paste storage box and the paste storage box. The outlet end of the paste storage box is directly connected to the filling gun, and a gear pump is set at the outlet end, which directly discharges the paste to the filling gun. The weighing control unit is included, and the weighing control unit consists of a weighing sensor and a weight PLC controller. The weight PLC controller is electrically connected to the diaphragm pump and the weighing sensor. The weight PLC controller's I/O points are connected to the diaphragm pump through the control electromagnetic valve. The I/O points of the weight PLC controller are also connected to the inlet valve. When the weight of the paste in the paste storage box changes, the weighing sensor senses the corresponding weight change, converts it into an analog signal through the weighing module transducer and outputs it to the weight PLC controller. The weight PLC controller receives the analog signal of the weight change and calculates the cumulative weight of the replenished paste and the cumulative weight of the dispensed paste, and then outputs the paste weight signal to drive the control electromagnetic valve to set the digital signal of the I/O point of the weight PLC controller 10. The I/O points of the PLC controller output the digital signal to the inlet valve, controlling the opening and closing of the inlet valve to achieve the addition of paste.
