The liquid lubricating oil filling and dispensing machine conveys the lubricating oil through pipelines and enters the dispensing gun through the feeding system. Under the action of gravity, the container transmits the weight to the Electronic scale, causing the elastic body of the scale to deform. The bridge circuit attached to the elastic strain beam loses balance, outputting a voltage signal proportional to the weight value. This signal is amplified by a linear amplifier and converted into a digital signal by an A/D converter. The signal is processed by the weighing instrument, which displays the current weight of the filled material, various setting parameters, and the working process status. It also sends signals such as coarse feeding, fine feeding, material weighing completion, and upper/lower limit alarms. A flat conveyor belt driven by a motor and a pair of barrel filling heads driven by a servo motor separate the barrels and synchronously send them into the barrel wheel; the barrel wheel, driven by the sealing part through a chain, transports the empty barrels to the electronic scale plate of the Filling machine, starts filling when it detects the position, and enters the sealing area. It performs operations such as placing the inner cover, sealing the inner cover, and pressing the outer cover respectively. Finally, those that pass the sealing detection are sent to the next stage, while those that fail are sent to the reject barrel area.

The PLC adjusts the flow rate of the upper and lower sliding filling head piston of the filling machine based on the material level weight measured by the container electronic scale. It calculates according to the total filling volume before filling and the viscosity value before filling at a certain percentage. It regulates the feeding flow rate by controlling the regulating valve through the motor once. The real-time current weight value of the container filling head outlet is calculated based on the target volume. The weighing instrument uploads the signal to the PLC module. The PLC collects the weight signal and speed signal of the electronic scale and the filling device, and performs self-tuning operations according to the user-defined parameters. If there is a deviation between the set target value and the current weight value, the PLC will output a standard signal to the frequency converter for the equipment to be adjusted. After receiving the signal from the PLC, the frequency converter will change the filling machine's flow rate in real time. For the motor, it will reduce or increase the filling. For the capacity gravity on each speed-adjusting electronic scale, it will reduce or increase the material flow rate, thus maintaining a stable state of the Filling system.
