The diluent Filling machine is composed of conveying, filling machinery, inkjet coding machine and palletizing machine. The filling machine is made up of two parts: No. 1 filling station and No. 2 filling station. The entire process only requires manual loading of barrels and capping. From positioning, barrel feeding, filling, weighing to palletizing, all are completed automatically.

Corresponding control programs should be carried out at the control valve. After the weighing instrument is started, both the rough filling valve and the fine filling valve should be opened simultaneously. When the instrument display reaches (the target value is shown as the rough measurement value), the rough filling valve should be closed. When the target value is shown as the overstroke value, the fine filling valve should be closed, and the overstroke is the automatic correction amount. The original control structure of the filling nozzle is maintained, and two sets of material control signals are externally installed. The filling nozzle and material control valve are simultaneously controlled by coarse and fine filling signals, which can achieve double insurance for filling nozzle switching. Even if there is a problem with the structure of the filling nozzle, the material control valve will take corresponding measures and there will be no oil leakage. This completely resolves the leakage and overflow phenomena caused by abnormal operation and pressure build-up.

At the filling station, the weighing bucket is inspected. The conveyor stops, the bucket clamping cylinder operates and starts the mouth finding motor, and the mouth finding begins. After the pre-seeking mouth detection is closed, the pre-seeking mouth cylinder operates. Once the seeking mouth is in place and a signal is detected, the seeking mouth motor stops and the filling head descends. After the filling head is lowered to the low position, reset the small jaw cylinder and start filling. After filling is completed, if the capping work checks for light transmission, release the heavy barrels and start repeating the above process. After the heavy barrels come out of the filling machine, they are manually capped and then marked by the inkjet coding conveyor. After the inkjet coding, the heavy drums enter the divider. First, if the switch is blocked, start the divider. When the heavy drums touch the toggle switch, the divider stops. Then, the heavy drums enter the free area for heavy drum conveying and pile up, waiting for the forklift to lift them away.
