The automatic bucket filling scale mainly consists of a filling gun device, a PLC system control section, a Weighing system, a filling frame, conveying equipment, etc. It adopts the liquid surface filling method and is suitable for filling various non-foaming liquid materials. The uniquely designed filling head device is easy to operate, ensuring rapid and precise filling. And ensure to the greatest extent that there is no dripping or leakage of residual liquid after the injection is completed.

The liquid Filling machine is composed of a feeding pump, an electromagnetic valve, pipelines and a weighing system. When the liquid level in the reaction tank drops below a certain position, the electromagnetic valve opens, and the liquid flows into the batching tank through the feeding pump and pipelines. When the liquid level reaches a certain height, the electromagnetic valve closes. After the batching in the reaction vessel is completed, the liquid is sent back to the upper part of the batching tank (clockwise) from the lower side of the storage tank through the pump and pipeline for continuous circulation. When the float ball liquid level control in the vessel detects that the liquid level is lower than a certain position. The solenoid valve receives signals. The bottom valve of the valve opens, and part of the originally clockwise circulating liquid flows towards the filling bucket, replenishing the liquid level in the reactor. When the liquid level reaches a certain set weight, the float ball liquid level control sends a signal, cutting off the power of the solenoid valve and closing the valve body.

The quantitative filling machine is equipped with multiple alarm monitoring functions such as high/low liquid level alarms, automatic recording of configuration parameter modifications, and automatic recording of various alarms, which enhances the traceability of the system and strengthens its prevention capabilities.
