The electronic filling scale includes a lifting base, a support, a gear pump, a filling gun, a conveying mechanism and a control mechanism. The gear pump includes a large gear pump and a small gear pump; the double-speed filling gun and the intermediate oil tank are fixed on the support, and the single-speed filling gun is set on the lifting base. Between the lifting base and the support, there is an Electronic scale; the control circuits of the large gear pump, the small gear pump, the double-speed filling gun and the electronic scale are all electrically connected through wires to the control mechanism, to form an electronic scale-based standard barrel material filling equipment. When the filling machine is connected to the piston filling gun's pot discharge port, the power for filling is provided by the piston filling gun. After the filling machine is connected to the piston filling gun, the standard barrel is pushed to the filling machine and the filling gun is slowly lowered to the bottom of the standard barrel, after setting the material quality according to the density of the material, the automatic selection switch is turned to the automatic gear, then the piston filling gun is opened for filling. The material passes through the one-way valve in the discharge connector into the discharge hose, and finally enters the empty barrel to be filled (the filling head is closed during filling, and opened during discharge). When the return pneumatic switch is reached, the return pneumatic switch opens. Before the main air path is switched to the front of the air tank, the air tank moves backward to pull the piston head backward, generating negative pressure in the front chamber of the material storage tank. The one-way valve opens, and the material in the feeding bucket is pressed by the atmospheric pressure into the feeding hose, through the three-way pipe into the material storage tank. During automatic filling, the air path will be switched again, repeating the operation to achieve automatic filling.
