The scale serves as a force transmission, using high-precision resistance strain sensors. After the sensor is stressed, it converts the force signal into an electrical signal, and each signal is then converted into a single signal by the junction box and finally transmitted to the weighing instrument. The speed sensor uses an optical encoder. When the small shaft of the encoder rotates, the encoder generates a pulse signal, and the screw speed signal is converted into pulse frequency and finally transmitted to the control room instrument. The weighing instrument uses a dedicated weighing controller for quantitative measurement and multi-functionality, which can accept analog signals proportional to the material mass through the screw machine and pulse signals proportional to the screw speed, convert them into flow signals and compare them with the set value, and output control signals.
