The Application of Automatic Quantitative Tanks in Liquid Filling Machines
The liquid filling machine is composed of an automatic barrel stacking machine, an online weighing system, a conveying and tracking filling device, a filling gun cylinder device, and an out-of-barrel device. The automatic barrel stacking machine is made up of an incoming barrel conveyor, a barrel dividing motor and a rotating disc, etc. The conveying system provides power for the transfer of the material barrels, enabling them to be conveyed at the required speed smoothly. The structure of the online weighing device is independent of the entire transmission mechanism, ensuring the weighing environment; the electronic scale platform combines with the weighing sensor to achieve high-precision weighing.

The application of alumina in the weighing and sorting machine production line
The sorting machine automatically weighs the materials, providing a certain amount of materials for the bagging machine. The feeding bin is driven by a servo motor to open and close the discharge gate, achieving coarse and fine feeding, making the feeding control stable, rapid and highly accurate. The weighing chamber is composed of three weighing modules suspended on the frame to achieve weighing. It adopts a desktop structure with an internal power supply. It is equipped with components such as a stepping motor, cylinder, solenoid valve, rotary encoder, pneumatic pressure reducer, filter, and air pressure indicator, and can be connected to various air sources. The weighing module is selected to measure different materials. The weighing module is fixed on the mesh plate and allows for the reinstallation of the sensor arrangement position or the installation in different areas of the mesh plate.

Liquid material batching system based on Kingview
The batching system provides three different raw materials for the materials. The injection process is divided into three positions: low, medium and high. In actual applications, the number and high and low positions of the liquid level sensors can be changed at any time according to different process requirements. The core part of the feeding system is Siemens 57-200 PLC. The monitoring system software PLC developed by KingView is responsible for collecting input signals and issuing control commands to the auction agency after being processed by the program. The PIC and the host computer are connected through a communication electric field, and the input signal is transmitted to the PLC at the same time. The PC will also obtain the data and display it synchronously through KingView.

Application of computer in weight reduction method sizing dosage system
In the artificial board weight reduction method of sizing measurement and monitoring process, the use of computer technology and PID control method, to complete the system configuration, design, control, management and other functions. The dosage system transforms the difference between the front and rear weights of the materials in a unit of time into an instantaneous flow signal, which is used to participate in the flow regulation and control as well as the management of the material accumulation and accumulation. It is characterized by high measuring accuracy, good repeatability and stable control. In the transformation of the sizing system adopts the weight reduction method, the application of computer technology to complete the system design and monitoring functions.

Application of automation control in mine cementitious filling machine
The filler is sent to the mixing barrel through the screw feeder and metering device, and the blanking amount is controlled by adjusting the rotating speed of the feeder. The water pipe is equipped with a flowmeter to measure the water quantity, and the water quantity is controlled by controlling the opening of the regulating valve. Water and cement are added into the mixing barrel according to a certain proportion to make cement slurry with a certain concentration.

Relay-controlled dual-weighing quantitative automatic hopper scale design
The control system of the automatic hopper scale adopts the double weighing and quantitative control realized by the relay, the feed motor feeds the preparation hopper, and the material enters into the hopper scale from the preparation hopper, at this time, the weight of the material in the hopper scale is collected by the sensor through the A/D conversion by the weighing instrument, and the weighing instrument collects the data continuously and calculates the current speed of the hopper scale feeding according to the time difference of the collected data. The pre-set value is then compared with the weight of the material in the current hopper and the time needed to continue feeding is calculated. Since the weighing instrument continuously collects data and makes judgment to calculate the new feeding speed and the time needed to feed, plus the size of the feeding port of the hopper feeding into the hopper weighing is controlled by the weighing instrument, so the accuracy of measurement can be guaranteed.

On the wide application of weighing technology in hopper scales
Through the elevator falls in the hopper scale cross-cut hopper, through the main feeder vibration, so that the material in the conical funnel to the product evenly distributed into the linear feeder disk. When there is no material or not enough material in the cross-cut hopper will be measured by the horizontal photoelectric detector, it will send a signal to the main board, and then through the main board to the conveyor to send a feeding signal to add material. The material passes through the linear feeder vibration, through the amplitude and vibration machine time to send the product to each buffer hopper.
