At the same time, the gravity of the material acts on the weighing bridge frame. The gravity signal generated by the ear shaft support point on the bridge frame and the weighing module is also input into the secondary instrument. The weighing instrument amplifies the signal, and the cumulative weight and flow rate obtained through A/D conversion operation are displayed on the weighing instrument panel. The material after measurement is sent to the next level of equipment from the discharge port of the scale body.

The Frequency Conversion automatic batching system is based on the electronic weighing system which is composed of the original weighing module and weighing instrument, and completes the automatic control of the whole process of batching conveying and mixing from the exit of the bin to the exit of the mixer by means of fieldbus communication and the existing peripheral executive equipment. The dosing system displays and monitors the alarm prompts and interlocks of the whole system, and completes the man-machine dialogue of formula management, production data management, equipment operation status management and production command to meet the mixing requirements of production.

The Traction automatic batching system ensures the real-time communication between the upper PC and PLC, directly collects the weight signal through the electronic weighing, and automatically controls the weighing. The operator input the feeding information (feeding type, weight, etc.) on the HMI of the upper computer through the keyboard or mouse, monitors the whole process of feeding control, and prints the feeding results and production reports. It is a practical and effective method to realize the integration of measurement, control and management in feeding process.

The Gear automatic dosage system consists of weighing module junction box, weighing instrument, wiring cabinet, PLC control cabinet, and the main hardware consists of two computers, high-performance microcomputer controllers, human-machine interface, high-speed and high-precision weighing units and internationally famous low-voltage electrical appliances, combined with self-developed professional control software to realize the dosage system for chemical liquid production; at the beginning of each dosage cycle, the difference between the previously set dosage quantity and actual dosage quantity will be taken as the compensation value for the set dosage quantity of this cycle in order to eliminate the accumulated error of each scale dosage quantity. At the beginning of each dosage cycle, the difference between the previously set dosage amount and the actual dosage amount is taken as the compensation value for the set dosage amount of the current cycle, so as to eliminate the accumulated error of the dosage amount of each scale.

The frequency modulation automatic batching system measures the powder quantity by using the weighing module and the rotational speed of the screw conveyor. The screw conveyor in the measurement unit operates at a constant speed. The rotational torque of the screw conveyor is transmitted to the weighing module through the silo. The output voltage of the weighing module is proportional to this rotational torque, and it is converted from analog to digital form through an analog-to-digital converter. The rotational speed of the screw conveyor is measured by the speed-weighing module and converted into a digital quantity through a frequency converter. Finally, the rotational torque and speed are input into the weighing instrument for calculation, thereby obtaining the instantaneous flow rate of the powder.

The series automatic addition system is the process in which two or more materials are automatically and quantitatively added to the mixing and stirring tank in a certain weight ratio. After the mixture meets the predetermined requirements, the materials are automatically discharged. Each agitator tank is weighed by 3 or 4 weighing modules. The electrical signal representing the weight generated by the weighing module and the weighing instrument of the agitator tank is amplified by the signal amplification module and then collected by the PLC and computer. When the preset weight is reached, the PLC drives the motor to open the pneumatic valve of the agitator tank, allowing the material to enter the agitator and simultaneously starting the agitator motor. After stirring for the specified time, open the discharge port to release the materials, and one batching process is completed.

The online automatic batching system uses the PID regulation method to control the frequency of the frequency converter, thereby controlling the actual feeding volume output by the feeding motor. The screw scale serves as the measurement feedback device. After measuring and weighing the actual feeding volume, it compares the target weight with the drop-off error and outputs the system control quantity, thereby improving the stability of the feeding process. This is conducive to the automatic quantitative control, resulting in stable output and quality.

The weighing crusher takes the hopper scale and the screw feeding mechanism as the entire scale body. Through the weighing instrument or PLC, the weight signal of the scale body is continuously sampled, and the change rate of weight per unit time is calculated as the instantaneous flow rate. Then, through various software and hardware filtering technologies, the "actual flow rate" that can be used as the control object is obtained. Then, the PLC performs control operations to approach the target flow rate through the PID feedback algorithm and outputs regulating signals to control the frequency converter and other feeder controllers.

The Auger automatic dosage system has a mechanism of mutual monitoring between the computer and the weighing instrument and various alarm mechanisms, with animation and PID control functions. The dosage can be operated by clicking on the mouse. The dosage ratio can be changed at any time. When changing the ratio of one material, the other ratios will be automatically adjusted according to their original ratios, which ensures that the total dosage ratio is 100%, thus guaranteeing the quality and yield of the products.
