Piezoelectric weighing module

The weighing module takes the single chip microcomputer as the CPU of the system. The external circuit needs display circuit, keyboard input, power supply, communication interface, sensor and alarm. The sensing element is made of piezoelectric material, and the piezoelectric effect of charge is generated on the surface of the piezoelectric material after being stressed. This charge is amplified and transformed by charge amplifier and measuring circuit, and then it becomes the electric output proportional to the external force. Piezoelectric sensors are used to measure force and non-electric physical quantities that can be converted into force.

The weighing module is a detection device, and the Batching system can sense the measured information and convert it into electrical signals or other required forms of information output according to certain rules. The intelligent batching system meets the requirements of information transmission, processing, storage, display, recording, and control. The measurement module uses a microcontroller as the CPU of the system. In external circuits, display circuits, keyboard inputs, power supplies, communication interfaces, sensors, and alarms are required. The sensitive element is made of piezoelectric material, which generates a piezoelectric effect on the surface when subjected to force. After being amplified and transformed by a charge amplifier and measurement circuit, this charge becomes an output proportional to the external force applied. Piezoelectric sensors are used to measure force and non electric physical quantities that can be converted into force. The weighing module is made of sensitive elements made of piezoelectric material, which generates a piezoelectric effect on the surface of the material when subjected to force. After being amplified and transformed by a charge amplifier and measurement circuit, this charge becomes an output proportional to the external force applied. Piezoelectric sensors are used to measure force and non electric physical quantities that can be converted into force.

The dynamic load weighing module adopts upper and lower mounting plates, protective components, and weighing sensors. The upper and lower mounting plates are equipped with corresponding weighing sensors connected between the lower and upper mounting plates, which are used to weigh the items on the upper mounting plate. The protective component is located between the upper and lower mounting plates. In the event of a breakage of the weighing sensor, this protective component is used to support the upper mounting plate and the items on the upper mounting plate, providing overload protection and anti tilt functions. By fixing it on the lower mounting plate through plug-in, it is possible to achieve rapid assembly of protective components and the lower mounting plate, saving labor. In order to achieve stable insertion of the protective component on the lower mounting plate, the protective component adopts a lower support plate and a pressure plate. A lower mounting groove is set on the lower mounting plate, and a lower protrusion is set on the lower support plate to match the insertion of the lower mounting groove. The size of the lower installation slot is equal to or slightly larger than the size of the lower protrusion, so that the fit between them can be a tight fit, ensuring a more secure insertion. In addition, there is a fourth protrusion on the lower support, and a fourth installation groove is provided on the pressure plate to connect with the fourth protrusion, which can achieve stable connection between the lower support and the pressure plate.

The explosion-proof weighing module strengthens the connection between the third protrusion and the third mounting groove by welding, in order to improve the installation firmness of the pressure plate on the upper support plate, thereby enhancing the pressure bearing capacity of the pressure plate to cope with the weight of the upper mounting plate and its accessories falling onto the pressure plate when the weighing sensor breaks. In order to achieve stability in the vertical movement of the upper mounting plate, two sets of protective components are installed on the lower mounting plate. Each set of protective components has upper threaded holes on the pressure plate, and upper bolts are screwed into the upper threaded holes to fix them on the pressure plate. The threaded end of the upper bolt extends out of the upper threaded hole and is located above the pressure plate. The threaded end of the upper bolt is fixedly connected to a sleeve, and the upper mounting plate is provided with an upper guide hole. The upper end of the sleeve is located inside the upper guide hole and the two are inserted with a gap. When pressure is applied or released to the upper mounting plate, the upper mounting plate moves up and down along the upper guide hole. In one embodiment, the stainless steel weighing module adopts an upper mounting base, a lower mounting base, and a weighing sensor connected between the upper and lower mounting bases. The upper mounting seat can be, for example, a circular ring, with lower threaded holes running through the upper and lower end faces of the circular ring, and upper threaded grooves on the lower surface of the upper mounting plate. During installation, the upper mounting seat is fixed to the lower surface of the upper mounting plate by threading a screw through the lower threaded hole and screwing it into the upper threaded groove. The lower mounting seat can be a circular ring, with a third threaded hole on the upper and lower end faces that pass through the circular ring. The upper surface of the lower mounting plate has a lower threaded groove, and during installation, the lower mounting seat is fixed to the upper surface of the lower mounting plate by threading a screw through the third threaded hole and screwing it into the lower threaded groove.

When the dynamic weighing module is in an inactive state, in order to protect the weighing module to a certain extent, a convex ring is provided on the outer wall of the lower end of the sleeve. There is a gap between the convex ring and the lower surface of the upper mounting plate, and a protective gasket is placed corresponding to the gap. The thickness of the protective gasket is slightly larger than the distance between the convex ring and the lower surface of the upper mounting plate, so that the gasket has a certain support effect on the upper mounting plate in the vertical direction, thereby avoiding the pressure applied to the weighing sensor by the upper mounting plate in an inactive state, and extending the effective weighing life of the weighing sensor. The protective gasket is equipped with an avoidance part that avoids the sleeve. This avoidance part is a groove that is concave inward at one end of the protective gasket 7. Through this avoidance section, the protective gasket can penetrate as deeply as possible into the gap to increase the contact area between the upper mounting plate and the protective gasket, thereby effectively supporting the upper mounting plate as much as possible and reducing the shaking of the upper mounting plate when not in use.
