In order to ensure the accurate and reliable operation of each part of the filling process, the sensors, relays, switches and solenoid valves are controlled by PLC program. After the filling barrel is placed on the conveyor belt, it is transferred to the filling position by the conveyor, and the proximity switch arranged in the filling position automatically senses, and sends the sensing signal to the PLC control system, which controls the conveying motor to stop rotating, and controls the lifting cylinder to drive the roller arm up, and moves the filling barrel to the filling gun position. The photoelectric sensor at the port of the filling gun automatically senses the position of the filling barrel, and the cap suction device starts to suck the cap away; Then the filling gun begins to fill the liquid into the filling barrel, and the weight signal of the liquid in the barrel is transmitted to the PLC control system by the weighing module. When the predetermined weight is reached, the PLC controls the filling gun to stop filling, the cap suction device automatically seals the cap, starts the conveying motor, and carries the filling barrel away.
