

The inspection machine is able to complete the measurement of the weight of the products during the conveying process, and compare the measured weight with the preset range, the control box sends out the instruction to reject the products with unqualified weight, or reject the products with different weight ranges. The products are distributed to the designated area. It usually consists of conveying mechanism, sorting mechanism and weighing mechanism. The weighing mechanism completes the collection of weight signal and sends the weight signal to the control box for processing. The conveying mechanism is mainly to increase the speed and ensure sufficient spacing between products. The sorting mechanism is used to reject the products which are unqualified after inspection.

Measuring and checking machine is a kind of scale into which the products are conveyed after being fed by the previous section of the assembly line or manually.
The products enter the "acceleration section" of the inspection machine: the products are spaced apart to ensure that they enter the "weighing section" as single products rather than multiple products. It is also possible to organize the products in the "acceleration section" in case of irregularities in the product sorting.
The product enters the "weighing section" of the weight checker: the weighing control system quickly detects the weight of the product and immediately makes a judgment on whether the weight of the product is within the target weight range. If the weight of the product is qualified, it will be transmitted out of the weighing machine without error; if the weight of the product is unqualified, it will give a delayed signal for rejection. At the same time, the system will automatically record the number of qualified and unqualified products.
The product enters the "reject section" of the checkweigher: when the reject section detects the reject delay signal, it will make a timely reject action to accurately reject the unqualified product.
Checkweigher is a static electronic weighing method, suitable for products requiring high precision (1/5000) measurement of electronic balances or sorting.
