A high-functional general-purpose frequency converter with V/F for motor starting, operation, speed regulation and braking uses the analog signal output by the PLC as the input signal at the control end of the frequency converter. The weighing module serves as the Weighing system for the feeding machine to detect weight. On the weighing touch screen, the loading quantity of the materials required by the feeding machine is set. If the set loading quantity is less than the minimum limit loading quantity or greater than the maximum limit loading quantity, the system will issue an alarm prompt. When the input loading material volume is within the set loading material volume range, it is compared and calculated with the internal set value of the system. The PLC output controls the sequential start and material feeding of the three-stage conveyor belt from the lower level to the upper level. If the amount of material to be loaded is less than or equal to 10% of the set material loading amount, the conveying is operating at a low speed. If the amount of material to be loaded is more than 10% of the set material loading capacity, the conveying will automatically switch to high-speed operation, and the amount of material input will also increase simultaneously, thereby enhancing the conveying speed and shortening the material loading time. When the loaded materials reach 90% of the set loading capacity, the conveying automatically switches to low-speed conveying and the material input decreases. When the material loading capacity reaches 100% of the set value, the conveying automatically stops and the material loading is completed.
