The weighing sensor is installed in the mixing scale device, and is connected to the industrial computer. After the start of the batching operation process, PLC controls the pneumatic valve and screw of the first material feeding, and the material is slowly added to the weighing hopper. The computer monitors the signal transmitted by the weighing and measuring sensor in real time, and compares it with the target value set by the formula. When the target value set by the formula is reached, the PLC control output is disconnected, and the pneumatic valve and screw of the first material feeding are closed. After stabilization, the total weight of the weighing hopper and the added material is measured, and this value is used as the zero position before the second material is added.
