It is mainly composed of four parts: transmission device, filling device, suction capping device and testing electronic scale device. The filling device is composed of a filling gun, a filling barrel, a synchronous motor, a rodless cylinder and a roller arm. The quantitative cylinder is connected to the outlet of the upper valve, and connected to the lower valve through the pipeline, and through the movement of the piston, to realize the quantitative suction and discharge of the material. The structure of the lower valve is basically the same as that of the upper valve, but there is no control cylinder installed. The lower part of the lower valve is the filling head through which the material is filled to the container. A mesh grid is installed at the outlet of the filling head to prevent the material from leaking due to its own weight with the help of the surface tension of the material. When the valve system is cleaned, the outlet of the filling head can be connected to the spare cleaning pipe joint.

In the filling working state, the piston of the control cylinder is located in the extended position, and the movement of the upper cylinder and the plug rod is determined within a small stroke range, so that the check valve is in a small opening. In the suction, the upper cylinder piston rod is extended, the upper valve valve is opened, the lower cylinder piston rod is returned to reset, so that the lower valve, the valve is closed, and then the piston of the quantitative cylinder is retreated, and the material is quantitatively sucked into the cylinder. Do not fill the container at this time. When filling, the piston rod of the upper cylinder is returned to reset, the valve of the upper valve is closed, the piston rod of the lower cylinder is extended, so that the valve of the lower valve is opened, and then the piston of the quantitative cylinder moves forward to send the material out and fill the container through the lower valve.
