The barrels are conveyed in rows from the front through the conveyor belt, and through the row unit, the products in each row are aligned. The alignment device is driven by a rotating cylinder. When the beam-type photoelectric switch at the front detects the arrival of the product, the rotating cylinder drives the alignment plates to align the entire row of products. After that, the products are basically arranged neatly. Then it enters the filling unit. When the Electronic scale detects the arrival of the barrel at the position, the weighing instrument automatically reads the blank weight and automatically removes the blank, and the filling gun automatically descends to start rapid filling. When it approaches the target weight, it switches to slow filling, and when it reaches the target weight, it automatically shuts off. Then the product continues to be driven by the conveyor belt and reaches the upper cover unit section. When the beam sensor detects the product, the PLC starts to calculate the distance of this row of products. When this row of products is transported to a certain distance at the front end of this section of the belt, the upper cover unit starts to cover, and then the product falls into the barrel. The barrel is located below the upper cover unit. The movement direction is horizontal transportation. The barrel is pressed and sealed by the pneumatic presser on the cover press machine to complete the filling process. Through the upper cover unit and others, the filling machine is sealed with the product. Then, the subsequent rows of products continue to be transported forward into the upper cover unit during the running process, which is the same as the upper cover unit. The serial port processing is responsible for receiving the polling signal sent by the server to the base station and giving an answer. If the communication frame is a data frame sent by the server to the base station, the data sent by the weighing module is directly sent to the serial port sending buffer, and the received data is verified and simply parsed before being sent to the serial port receiving area to ensure the stability of the signal.
